Simon Wilby is the British-Canadian inventor who is currently influencing many in the field of renewable energy. He is also the CEO of The Smart Power who supported his creation of a device responsible for the potential savings that consumers can get from their electric bills – hopefully, sooner than later.
Simon Wilby’s device “The Smart One” has the solution for the power outage that people experience when they use their cellular phones, laptops, gaming gadgets, iPods and other portable appliances. His device is basically a cutting-edge battery which is lithium based. Although it does not rely on electricity to charge itself up, “The Smart One” does use light energy to resume power.
“The Smart One” has the ability to transform the light into electricity while storing up the power into the cells of the battery. This light form can come from different sources, but the sun does top the list. Others could be artificial or ambient light. Light coming from the moon is also acceptable.
